Julie has been friends with Founder Phil Sheridan for many years and through this friendship and a mutual interest in the paranormal they started Quabbin Valley Paranormal.

A little about me!      I am happily married and have 3 little men! I am an EMT and also work part-time at Wal-Mart. I just try to be easy going and laid back most of the time. I get so tired of tempers and tudes!  Not much else to say. What got me interested in the paranormal?           I have always had an interest in the paranormal. It started with my Mom. She sometimes has dreams about stuff that ends up happening (usually not a good thing). Well, I seemed to have inherited that, as well as a "sensitivity" to certain energies. She is also very much into the paranormal. Mom has tons of books by Hans Holzer and numerous books about "true" hauntings.      I have experienced what I believe to be paranormal activity countless times, starting at a very young age. My best friends house was haunted and the spirit liked to make her precense known to us. She must have thought it was fun given she was a little girl herself! I also worked in a couple nursing facilities which had endless paranormal activity! And the list goes on! What are my hobbies and likes?           My favorite thing in the world is my family!!           Obviously one of my biggest passions is the Paranormal.           I like to help people, which is why I got into the medical field.           I like cats and horses. I love to eat! My favorite color is purple. I like long walks....oh nevermind! What are my favorite movies?           That is hard to answer because I like so many movies! If I had to pick just one as my favorite, I guess I'd have to say The Princess Bride. What are my favorite books?           I love Ghost Stories, fact or fiction. I also like Historic Paranormal Books. Anything by Heather Graham (kind of paranormal plus mushy love story stuff combined). Second Glance by Jodi Piccolut...Good Book! What are my favorite television shows?            Hmmm...Ghost Hunters and GHI. Paranormal State is not too bad.  When I can, I watch House Hunters, Desperate Landscapes and Clean House.
